Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking an Injection Mold Tooling Engineer to support project design, validation, and transfer of injection molds and tooling.

The role collaborates with internal teams to improve site production, quality, profitability and safety from an equipment and tooling perspective. The position requires 0–3 years in engineering, proficiency in SolidWorks, and experience with 3D CAD and 2D drawings; GMP/GLP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of engineering experience preferred.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and creating 3D CAD models and 2D drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create/update 3D CAD models and detailed drawings for injection molds and tooling.
• Validate injection mold tooling and automated systems; assist with start-up and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical design support to QA, Engineering and Production teams.
