Job summary

• Drive product, process, and quality improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Participate in mold design reviews, product design reviews, and manufacturing readiness reviews.

• Support the resolution of customer quality concerns and production challenges.

This role will be responsible for supporting new tooling projects, reviewing mold designs, providing engineering support to the toolroom, and driving continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling, manufacturing processes, and product quality.
