Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred OR Trade school certification.
• Minimum 5 years of die/tooling design experience.
• Strong knowledge of progressive die and forming processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop tooling for new production programs.
• Create full manufacturing process flows including die stages.
• Estimate tooling costs using material and labor data.
• Manage subcontract tooling assignments and oversee engineering changes.
• Reverse engineer existing die sets and support die tryouts.
