Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience including tooling/fixture design in aerospace/defense.
• Experience developing 3D CAD models and released drawings.
• Experience performing dimensional and tolerance stack‑ups.

Responsibilities

• Design tooling, fixtures, and mechanical support equipment for development and production.
• Own tooling designs from concept through release and implementation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to troubleshoot build issues and improve process capability.
• Create and maintain 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and GD&T documentation.
• Perform tolerance analyses to ensure interfaces with engine hardware.
• Lead design reviews with multiple engineering disciplines.
