Sigma Engineered Solutions in York, PA is seeking a Tooling Coordinator to support manufacturing operations by managing tooling inventories, fixtures, gauges, and related equipment, and by producing 2D/3D CAD drawings for dies and tooling.

The role requires at least two years of drafting or tooling experience, proficiency with CAD software, ability to read blueprints and GD&T, and strong organizational skills to ensure production readiness.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of drafting, tooling, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and manage tool crib inventory, including tooling, fixtures, gauges, hardware, and related production supplies.
• Purchase, receive, organize, and store tooling and production support materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Prepare, stage, and distribute tooling and materials for scheduled production runs.
• Communicate tooling shortages, inventory concerns, and availability issues to production leadership.
