Job summary

Accumold is seeking a Project Manager in Ankeny, IA to lead tooling and automation projects, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Production and Quality to deliver on-time results and provide project status updates to management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business and experience in plastics molding. Proficiency with MS Project, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from qualification to customer delivery, coordinating with Engineering, Sales, Production and Quality.
• Prepare comprehensive project status reports for management and leadership.
• Identify risks early and implement contingency plans to protect timelines.
• Resolve obstacles quickly to maintain project milestones.
• Develop strong partner relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Create technical project proposals outlining requirements and scope.
