Job summary

This role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 8–10 years of processing experience in injection molding, plus strong math, MS Office skills, and the ability to lead and train staff with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Eight to ten years of processing experience in injection molding.
• Familiarity with scientific molding techniques and DOE studies.
• Ability to develop production-ready tooling and diagnose processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document robust molding processes for new tools.
• Perform DOE studies and qualification activities (OQ/PQ).
• Collaborate with Design, Quality and Project teams to meet customer needs.
• Troubleshoot molds, perform minor maintenance, and document performance.
