Job summary

Petmate is seeking a Tool Setter to join our Arlington, TX facility. This full‑time role supports mold changes, tooling installation, and preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will load and position tools, perform changeovers, and maintain accurate documentation while working OT as needed. The position requires strong mechanical skills, knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics, electrical literacy, and experience with forklift and overhead

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical skills including hydraulics, pneumatics and thermodynamics.
• Must have basic electrical knowledge and value clear English communication.
• Will complete Lock Out Tag Out training and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mold changes and related setup in assigned presses and lines.
• Load, position and change tools into presses; perform mold changes.
• Perform preventive maintenance on molds and related equipment.
• Document changeover steps and maintain housekeeping in work area.
• Operate crane and forklift and ensure safety protocols are followed.
