International Automotive Components in Arlington, TX seeks a permanent, full-time Tool/Mold Maker for 3rd Shift (10pm-6am) to join our manufacturing team.

You will set up and operate lathes, mills, EDMs, and grinders; repair and maintain injection molds; rebuild cavities; and mentor apprentices while ensuring safety and quality.

Required: 5–10 years mold-making experience; broad molding knowledge; strong polishing skills; HS diploma or GED.

Qualificações

• Broad knowledge of molding and injection mold repair with the ability to diagnose hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical problems.
• 5–10 years of mold-making, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Strong experience with stoning and polishing mold components.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, EDMs, and grinders.
• Tool assembly/disassembly and mold repair/maintenance including Red Tag work orders.
• Construct injection molds from basic to high complexity and implement changes.
• Repair mold cavities and cores, build fixtures/gages, and observe safety requirements.
• Lead/assist projects on new molds and mentor apprentices as needed.
