Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise tool room operations and coach hourly team.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, materials and quality on key issues.
• Oversee procurement of tooling parts and maintenance to meet manufacturing needs.
• Ensure ISO/IATF16949 compliance and maintain records.
• Oversee safety requirements and model corporate values.
