Job summary

The role requires a certified jig/fixture maker or tool maker or 10 years of equivalent training and at least 5 years related experience. Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems is essential, with safety and TS16949/ISO 14001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Certified Jig/Fixture Maker or Tool Maker, or 10 years of equivalent training.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience.
• Adherence to TS16949/ISO 14001 safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance on automated equipment and robotic systems to support production.
• Set up and operate standard and specialty equipment and attachments to turn, mill, drill, tap, grind, and finish workpieces.
• Design, fabricate, and repair fixtures, tools, and gauges for automotive welded assemblies.
• Identify root causes of assembly-related issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
