Job summary

Ultipro in Batesville, AR is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to issue tools and parts to maintenance staff, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate records. You will use computer software to track items, organize shelving, and ensure proper packaging and labeling in a GMP environment.

Training runs Monday to Friday 7:00am–3:00pm, with a 2nd shift after training. Must lift at least 25 lbs, stand/walk most of the day, and have basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.

Description

Must have good attendance, ability to work independently, computer knowledge, multi-task, some knowledge of various tools, ability to lift at least 25lbs & flexible schedule.

Issue tools and parts to maintenance personnel, cycle count and other duties assigned as needed.

Training schedule – Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm

Work schedule 2nd Shift after training complete.

• Works with maintenance personnel to correctly issue spare parts needed for repair in a timely manner.
• Generates inventory and issue reports, reporting all items issued to maintenance personnel, including cost, during scheduled shift.
• Keeps accurate records of issued items for reporting, correctly issuing repair parts from inventory through computer software.
• Assists with inventory control by performing cycle counts on a regular basis.
• Organizing of shelving with new inventory items, removal of obsolete inventory items, and cleaning.
• Comply with written plant policies.
• Maintain the highest possible level of personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with plant GMP policies.
• Follow the written specification for packaging and labeling of products.
• Requires basic computer skills, knowledge of tools, repair parts and inventory control.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Computer Software.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• Standing/walking the majority of the workday.
• Lifting and pulling various weights based upon item(s) and task in hand.
