Job summary

CPP Bloomington is seeking a Pattern Maker to craft precision tooling for aerospace components. You will build and maintain pattern tooling, interpret complex prints, and support gating layouts and mold fixtures in a high-precision foundry environment.

The role emphasizes craftsmanship, attention to detail, and safety, with a Monday–Friday day shift, and a pay range of $32–$35 per hour plus up to 5% quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate in pattern making or related field.
• 3–5 years of pattern making experience in foundry or tooling environments.
• Strong ability to interpret 2D and 3D blueprints.
• Experience supporting mold layout, gating integration, and fixture building.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship mindset.
• Willingness to support overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pattern tooling, fixtures, and mold components for foundry operations.

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is hiring a Pattern Maker at our Bloomington facility—and this is a great opportunity to apply your craftsmanship to precision tooling that supports critical aerospace components used around the world.

Pay Range: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE)

Bonus: Up to 5% quarterly bonus potential

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
