Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, alter, and repair a wide range of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.

• Perform precision measurements using a variety of inspection tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex tooling issues, recommending design improvements.
• Maintain and repair existing tooling to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Select appropriate materials and heat treatments for tool longevity and performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program or equivalent on-the-job training
• 5+ years of experience as a Tool Maker in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and application
• Experience with manual and CNC machining equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDMs
