Qualifications

• Completion of a Tool and Die Maker apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience operating manual and CNC machinery including lathes, mills, grinders, EDMs.
• Strong understanding of metallurgy and heat treatment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, repair, and modify tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and 3D models to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Set up and operate machine tools including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM equipment.
