Loenbro in Colorado is seeking a Tool Coordinator to manage tools, inventories, and related supplies across our industrial operations. You will maintain check-in/check-out processes, calibrate basic measuring tools, and coordinate purchases with the Regional Tool Manager to ensure cost-effective sourcing.

This role requires strong data entry, familiarity with ERP systems (SAP), forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Monday–Friday schedule with occasional peak periods.

Competenze

• Proficient in tool management, data entry, and ERP systems for accurate records.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP tools and Excel for reporting.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality standards, and OSHA guidelines.
• High school diploma or GED; vocational training is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage tool check-in/check-out using barcode systems to maintain accountability.
• Inspect tools for wear; tag and remove defective equipment per safety standards.
• Coordinate tool transfers to/from job sites and maintain tool crib organization.
• Work with Regional Tool Manager on tool purchases and cost control.
• Maintain records, receipts, invoices, and provide cost reports.
• Assist with calibration of basic measuring tools and prepare job boxes.
• Support shop cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and parts deburring as needed.
