Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Tool Install Superintendent to lead field execution of tool installation on a large semiconductor project in Boise, Idaho. The role focuses on coordinating field activities, subcontractors, and tool vendors, while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in industrial/high-tech construction, experience with semiconductor facilities, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel. On-site, full-time work in Boise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field experience in industrial/high-tech construction.
• Experience in cleanroom or controlled environments is a plus.
• Ability to read drawings and follow client standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tool install activities, including move-in, setting, hook-up, testing, turnover.
• Coordinate field activities between subcontractors, trades, and OEM vendors.
• Monitor progress against schedule and report field status and issues.
• Enforce safety requirements and client SOPs in a high-purity environment.
• Maintain field documentation and support commissioning and close-out.
