Descrizione del lavoro

Arcadis is seeking a Tool Install Project Director in Boise, ID to lead a high-volume EPCM tool installation for a confidential semiconductor client. You will plan, coordinate, design, and execute tool install work, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

The role coordinates with Construction Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, Procurement, and Design teams to drive project success from planning through closeout, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
7–12 years of project management experience in construction or technical environments; semiconductor/high-tech preferred.
Experience managing large or complex EPCM projects and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Mansioni

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex semiconductor tool install projects.
Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, construction, commissioning, and vendors.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with resource allocation and risk management.
Monitor performance, milestones, and report status to leaders and clients.
Manage budgets, change orders, and cost performance with project controls.
