Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. Florence, SC is seeking a Tool Facility Manager to lead the 1st shift operations at the Florence facility. You will plan, staff, and manage day-to-day tooling cells and support functions, ensuring on-time field orders and adherence to EH&S standards.

The role requires proven leadership of 15+ hourly employees, strong lean knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, and IT to meet quality and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree with 5 to 10+ years of experience.
• BA/BS degree with 4 to 7+ years of experience.
• MA/MS degree with 2 to 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Tool Facility operations and daily staffing.
• Plan and schedule tooling orders to meet delivery dates.
• Meet quality, delivery, and EH&S goals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team.
