This position will manage the planning, staffing, and day-to-day operations for the cells and support functions composed of hourly team members, as well as monitor field orders and schedules to ensure tooling and scheduled delivery dates are met. Additionally, this position is responsible for the cells meeting quality, delivery, and EH&S goals.
