Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture by modeling safe behaviors and ensuring safety policy compliance.
• Support daily production operations and lead start-of-shift huddles to communicate priorities.
• Serve as primary contact for production, quality, and workflow issues; escalate as needed.
• Assist in identifying and resolving quality defects, production misses, and customer concerns.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure a clean, organized work area.
• Conduct process observations and audits to verify adherence to standards.
• Monitor team performance and address gaps to hit daily goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback to reinforce expectations and recognize achievements.
