Job summary

Intel is hiring for an on‑site Tool Equipment Install Engineer in Phoenix, AZ. You will partner with Factory owners and stakeholders to ensure timely ordering, delivery, and commissioning of tools and kits, while leading site execution teams and coordinating with suppliers and contractors.

You will engage with customers and partners, drive safety, manage risks, and translate technical requirements into detailed project plans for successful deployment across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related technical field plus 1+ years of construction, engineering or project management experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related technical field, with no prior professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with owners and stakeholders to align Tools/Equipment/Kits with the tool install schedule.
• Represent local site in Central Tool Install and Virtual Factory forums.
• Forecast equipment workload and funding and align with FP/Reporting cycles.
• Ensure commit/POs are in place to meet program goals.
• Coordinate with EMS and Systems Owners to reflect equipment needs and schedules.
• Drive configuration/genealogy and accuracy for orders/kits to meet delivery targets.
• Lead cross-site planning meetings with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Work with suppliers to position equipment and resources to deliver on time.
• Escalate constraints and assist in timely resolution.
