Job summary

Intel Corporation is hiring for an Experienced Hire role in the United States (Arizona, Phoenix) within Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing. You will manage end-to-end design to sign-off on tool installs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee supplier relations across multiple shifts.

The position requires a minimum of 3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or an associate degree with relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of technical experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process tool install, equipment maintenance or military technical experience.
• Or an Associate's Degree related to semiconductor manufacturing with 2+ years of technical experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process tool install, equipment maintenance or military technical experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Semiconductor Manufacturing or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage end-to-end design from DAC to IFC.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to align layouts with tool requirements and site conditions.
• Deliver complete tool installs from design through construction support to final sign-off.
• Understand and review 3D models to ensure compliance with tool specifications and requirements.
• Blueprint Reading: interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure structures are built per specifications.
• Mathematical Proficiency for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Tool Handling and safety with a wide range of tools and machinery.
• Material Knowledge to select right resources ensuring durability and compliance.
• Problem Solving to tackle construction challenges and keep projects on track.
• Project Management across multiple projects including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Supplier Management to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Lean Principles to ensure efficient and safe construction operations.
• Safety: Drive a Culture of Care on-site and in planning.

Education
