Qualifications

• Requires operation and setup of all types of machines in the Tool Room, manual and CNC, including Wire EDM and Esprit Cad Cam Software.
• Ability to read and interpret verbal/written instructions and blueprints and specifications.
• Willingness to perform grinding duties when needed and maintain various toolmaker tools.
• Focus on safety and upkeep, including routine maintenance and oiling of machines.
• Ability to train other personnel in Tool Room processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up manual and CNC machines in the Tool Room.
• Perform all grinding duties when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the department.
• Maintain and use precision measuring tools and equipment.
• Provide training to other personnel on Tool Room operations.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance including oiling.
