Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years’ experience in formal fabrication skills.
• Experience in setup and operation of lathes, mills, grinders.
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to interpret drawings and shop math.

Responsibilities

• Perform prototype, short run machining, finishing, and deburring of hydraulic components with close tolerances.
• Provide support machining for fixtures, test stands, etc.
• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines to produce close tolerance components.
• Maintain machinery and prevent downtime through a preventative maintenance program.
• All other duties assigned by management.
