Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 3-5 years of data mining experience is preferred.
• Experience with value stream mapping or process mapping is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Value Stream Mapping & Process Improvement: develop current-state and future-state maps for Tool & Die operations.
• Analyze die build, repair, modification, tryout, maintenance, and launch activities to identify bottlenecks and non-value-added steps.
• Recommend process improvements to improve cycle time, throughput, quality, and cost performance.
• Document relationships between toolmakers, machining, engineering, operations, maintenance, production, suppliers, and finance.
