Job summary

LMT Products is seeking a highly skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our precision manufacturing team in Lawrenceville, NJ. You will fabricate, repair, and maintain injection molds for plastic components, reading CAD drawings and engineering specs to produce precision tooling.

The role requires extensive experience with machining, mold construction, and technical drawing interpretation, plus the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool and die making with emphasis on injection molding.
• Skilled in hand-fitting techniques to ensure proper assembly and function.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments.
• Experience operating manual and CNC equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, EDM).
• Familiar with injection, cooling, and ejection systems in mold designs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in TIG welding is a plus.

• Familiarity with the different injection, cooling, and ejection systems common in injection mold designs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in TIG and/or precision laser welding is a plus.

Salary Range - $30 -$45 per hour
