Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year technical college degree with emphasis in Tool & Die.
• CAD/Blueprint reading training; Tool & Die Apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Press Tool & Die team, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with departments, enforce safety policies and Employee’s Charter.
• Provide technical support to tooling to meet equipment efficiencies and quality standards.
• Promote Lean initiatives (5S, Kanban, PDCA) and cross-train to improve coverage.
