Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in manufacturing/aerospace/tooling roles.
• Minimum 1 year of prior management/leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance and program access.
• Experience with crib/inventory management and tooling processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Standard Tooling organization across programs.
• Manage crib attendants, toolkits, and calibration requirements.
• Oversee capital assets and on-site tool maintenance plans.
• Support budget, schedules, and cross‑department coordination.
