Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Germantown, WI seeks a skilled Tool & Die professional to manage tooling projects from build to delivery.

You will assemble tooling, set up and operate presses, and verify components against blueprints to meet exact specifications. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years building progressive tooling (metal stamping preferred), a Journeyman Card in Tool & Die, and a high school diploma with apprenticeship or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of a state-indentured Tool & Die apprenticeship OR 6 years as a non-indentured Tool & Die Maker.
• 3–5 years building progressive tooling; metal stamping preferred.
• Journeyman Card in Tool & Die required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Pre-Build meetings to plan efficient manufacturing processes.
• Assemble tooling and verify machined components meet specifications.
• Machine components using standard processes to required tolerances.
• Manage assigned tooling projects to meet customer quality and delivery expectations.
• Assemble components into completed tooling; set up and operate tools.
