Job summary

Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. seeks a Tool & Die Maker to build, repair, and maintain tooling per drawings and specifications. The role involves disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of dies, plus setup and operation of manual and CNC/EDM equipment.

You will read blueprints, apply GD&T, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Expect to work with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve issues, perform root-cause analyses, and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

High school education preferred; extensive machining knowledge required.
Ability to read and apply complex engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Build, repair, maintain, and modify dies and tooling per drawings and production needs.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure safe operation of dies and tooling.
Diagnose tooling problems and implement repairs or adjustments.
Disassemble, inspect, repair, fit, and reassemble dies and tooling.
Operate manual machines and, when required, CNC/EDM equipment.
Maintain records of repairs and tooling history.
Collaborate with departments to resolve manufacturing issues.
Participate in root-cause analysis for tooling problems.
