Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Tool & Die Maker for a leading manufacturing organization in Archdale, NC. You will design, fabricate, assemble, and maintain tooling, including punches and dies, to meet exacting tolerances.

You'll collaborate with production and engineering to resolve die issues and improve manufacturability. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CNC operation training preferred, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in tool and die making with stamping tools.
• Strong machining and setup skills to meet dimensions.
• CAD/CAM/3D experience required for fixture design.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, fabricate, assemble, and maintain tooling such as punches and dies.
• Fabricate and repair stamping tooling with high precision.
• Collaborate with production to meet dimension tolerances.
• Troubleshoot tooling designs with Engineering to resolve issues.
• Participate in tooling trials and changes to uphold safety.
