The candidate will construct, alter, and repair tools and dies to tight tolerances and interpret drawings and sketches. Responsibilities include using precision measuring instruments, selecting machining methods, and working with progressive or compound dies.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Experience with dies and precision tooling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct, alter, and repair tools and dies to close tolerances.
• Develop strategies for fabricating die components using efficient machining.
• Read drawings and sketches and use precision measuring instruments.
• Work with progressive or compound dies.
