Qualifications

• 5+ years as Tool and Die Maker in deep drawn stamping.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and perform precision measurements.
• Experience with CNC, tooling, dies, and stamping presses.
• Strong problem-solving and initiative in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Design tooling and dies using CAD for deep drawing applications.
• Set up and align stamping presses; adjust for material thickness and type.
• Inspect tooling and parts with precision measurement tools; document deviations.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tooling, dies, and stamping equipment.
• Collaborate with design engineers on tooling improvements based on production data.
• Maintain documentation on tooling specs, maintenance, and production yield.
