Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of precision machining experience.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced shop with frequent communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair tooling for production, demonstrating knowledge of tool/die, timing, and rework techniques.
• Set up and operate machine tools (lathe, milling machine, grinder) and verify part conformance to specifications.
• Study blueprints or models to determine materials and machines needed to fabricate parts.
• Maintain production assignments per supervisor and schedule.
• Report breakdown root causes and equipment faults to management.
• Ensure work meets high-quality standards and adheres to regulations.
• Clean Injection Molding tools with attention to detail.
