Qualifications

• 3-5 years of machine shop/toolroom experience required.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and specs precisely.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Experience with CNC programming and precision grinding.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lathes, mills, and related tooling.
• Machine dies, jigs, fixtures to print tolerances.
• Design, repair, and assemble production dies and parts.
• Perform in-process checks and adjust setups as needed.
• Collaborate with operations to troubleshoot production issues.
