Job summary

ATS is a leading industrial maintenance provider serving the US, Mexico, and the UK. We seek a skilled Tool & Die Technician to repair, adjust, and inspect complex die sets, measure tolerances, and modify drawings in CAD software in a fast-paced factory setting.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary technical training or certification required.
• At least five years related experience with tool and die tasks.
• Two+ years experience with measurement processes and equipment.
• Experience modifying drawings with CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and adjustments to complex die sets.
• Inspects, measures, troubleshoots, and repairs tool and die components.
• Develops and writes concise repair reports and drawings.
• Heat-treats tools or parts per specification.
• Measures, marks, and scribes stock using precision tools.
• Fits and assembles parts into assemblies and mechanisms.
• Verifies dimensions with dial indicators and micrometers.
