Job summary

Integrity Tool's RSA Rochester division in Ontario, NY is seeking an experienced CNC machinist/tool & die maker to own parts from print to finished product. You’ll read drawings, select tooling and fixtures, write or edit programs, dial in setups, and run parts on multiple machines with minimal supervision.

Applicants should have 5+ years in CNC machining or tool & die, strong GD&T and print-reading skills, and proficiency in CAM (Mastercam preferred) or G-code.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining and/or tool & die experience.
• Able to read prints and apply GD&T.
• Programming ability: conversational, G-code at the control, or CAM (Mastercam a plus).
• Strong setup skills on mills and lathes; wire EDM or grinding a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take parts from drawing to finished product — plan the job, program, set up, and run it.
• Write and edit CNC programs at the control and/or in CAM (Mastercam or similar).
• Complete your own set-ups on CNC mills and lathes with minimal supervision.
• Run multiple machines at once, keeping spindles cutting while you set up the next job.
• Choose tooling, workholding, fixturing, speeds, and feeds for the job.
• Build, repair, and modify tooling, fixtures, dies, and gauges.
• Hold close tolerances and verify your own work with mics, calipers, indicators, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot at the machine — chatter, tool life, finish, and dimensional issues.
• Help train apprentices and share what you know with the crew.

We're looking for a true all-around machinist for RSA Rochester (Integrity Tool) in Ontario, NY — someone who can take a part from print to finished product on their own. You'll read the drawing, pick the tooling and workholding, write or edit the program, dial in the set-up, and run it.
