The Tools You’ll Need To Have

• Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and follow verbal instructions.
• Interest in CAD & CAM, CNC Mills, Turning Centers, 5-axis mills, wire EDM, Sinker EDM, etc.
• Understanding of CNC programming (CAM).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in the tool and die trade.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a self-starter mindset.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform manual machining operations.
• Willingness to learn various trade skills like waterjet, CNC milling, turning, grinding, laser engraving.
• Growth mindset: open to coaching, feedback, and developing troubleshooting skills.
