Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of precision machining, tool steel, and mold construction.
• Experience with CNC machining and EDM processes preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and repair molds, dies, and tooling according to drawings and specs.
• Operate mills, lathes, surface grinders, EDM, and CNC equipment.
• Perform mold polishing, fitting, and finishing work.
• Troubleshoot tooling and mold performance issues; make adjustments and repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve mold design and efficiency.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of molds and tooling.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and safety standards.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mold Maker to join our team. The Mold Maker will be responsible for building, assembling, maintaining, and repairing precision molds and tooling used in injection molding and related processes. This role requires strong machining skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and repair molds, dies, and tooling according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Operate a variety of machines, including mills, lathes, surface grinders, EDM, and CNC equipment.
• Perform mold polishing, fitting, and finishing work.
• Troubleshoot tooling and mold performance issues; make necessary adjustments and repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve mold design and efficiency.
• Ensure proper preventive maintenance of molds and tooling.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety in all tasks.
