Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ manufacturing engineering or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in tool & die design, build, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of stamping dies, progressive dies, injection molds, or roll forming tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and implementation of new tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Provide technical assistance for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of dies and tooling.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure tooling meets quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for tooling issues.
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling, materials, and processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and outside vendors for tool and die fabrication and repairs.
