Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group is seeking a Manufacturing Tool Crib Attendant in Vonore, TN. The role supports crib parts inventory, stocking, and procurement processes, with duties including receiving/labeling parts, maintaining records, and operating forklifts.

The position offers first- or third-shift schedules, short-term temporary status, overtime potential, and weekly pay. Training precedes a $1.20 shift differential and insurance options may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree in General Business preferred.
• At least 1 year of production experience; 1–3 years in crib/stocking preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint; inventory software preferred.
• Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs; safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, label, stock and organize crib parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with supervisors to identify supply needs and adjustments.
• Assist with purchasing and create purchase requisitions for repairs/parts.
• Issue supplies to plant employees and coordinate returns after projects.
• Review end-of-shift inventory records and prepare documentation.
• Operate forklifts and hand trucks to move large crib items.
• Maintain crib cleanliness and recycling; dispose printer cartridges properly.
• Support 5S initiatives and safety procedures; provide supplies to cleaning crews.
• Follow all policies and complete related tasks as needed.
