Responsibilities

• Manage tool crib inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Distribute tools and items to maintenance and production teams in a timely manner.
• Order, receive, and track necessary products to ensure stock on hand.
• Research suppliers to secure best pricing and value.
• Maintain documentation for movements of tools and inventory.
• Enter inventory transactions accurately in the database.
• Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports and reconcile records.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, and other departments to resolve shortages.
