Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Location: This position is onsite in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Job Summary

The Tool Crib Attendant provides outstanding customer service by managing inventory and issuing items to customers.

Responsibilities

1. Exhibit and promote safety culture.
2. Issue products to customers.
3. Process orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Restock vending machines and cabinets.
5. Resolve transaction errors.
6. Maintain accurate inventory and conduct cycle counts.
7. Handle product returns.
8. Receive inventory.
9. Participate in safety and production meetings.
10. Perform contractual and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Some product knowledge.
2. Proficiency with basic computer operations and programs like Excel.
3. Punctuality and a sense of urgency.
4. Excellent oral communication skills.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma required.
• No experience required; 1-3 years preferred.

Work Environment

Exposure to elements, loud sounds, dirt, and heavy lifting. Schedule may include weekends and evenings. Physical requirements include frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and the use of PPE such as eye and ear protection, steel-toed shoes, and head protection.
