This position is located onsite in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Summary

The Tool Crib Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by receiving items into inventory and issuing them to customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Promote safety culture and exhibit core behaviors.
  • Issue products to customers, process orders, and restock vending machines and cabinets.
  • Resolve transaction errors, maintain inventory, and conduct cycle counts.
  • Receive product returns and inventory, attend safety and production meetings.
  • Perform duties in accordance with contractual requirements and perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
  • Some product knowledge.
  • Proficiency with basic computer operations, including Excel.
  • Punctuality and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma required.
  • No previous experience required; 1-3 years preferred.
Work Environment
  • Exposure to elements, loud sounds, dirt, and heavy lifting, with schedule including weekends and evenings.
  • Requires speaking, understanding English, standing, walking, sitting, and using hands and equipment.
  • Frequently lifts/moves up to 50 pounds.
PPE Required
  • Eye protection, ear protection, steel-toed shoes, head protection, and other PPE as required.
