Job description

Responsibilities

1. Ensures accurate inventory through performing cycle counts
2. Receives delivered parts into the inventory management system
3. Puts away stock into appropriate location
4. Issues inventory to fulfill needs of maintenance team
5. Prepares parts in advance for planned maintenance activities in kit form
6. Packages parts to prepare to send out for rework/repair
7. Utilizes the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) to maintain inventory records
8. Keeps stockroom clean and organized
9. Ensures parts are stored properly to prevent premature failures
10. Performs 5S in the maintenance shop
11. Brings tools and supplies as requested to the location of the work being performed

Education and Experience

1. High school diploma/equivalent or higher education
