Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Ensures accurate inventory through performing cycle counts
  • Receives delivered parts into the inventory management system
  • Puts away stock into appropriate location
  • Issues inventory to fulfill needs of maintenance team
  • Prepares parts in advance for planned maintenance activities in kit form
  • Packages parts to prepare to send out for rework/repair
  • Utilizes the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) to maintain inventory records
  • Keeps stockroom clean and organized
  • Ensures parts are stored properly to prevent premature failures
  • Performs 5S in the maintenance shop
  • Brings tools and supplies as requested to the location of the work being performed
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma/equivalent or higher education
