Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Assemble pneumatic tools and sub-assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions to meet production and quality targets.
  • Verify component quantities against work orders and ensure accurate tracking of inventory throughout the assembly process.
  • Inspect parts and materials to ensure conformance to quality standards, identifying and addressing defects as needed.
  • Test completed products to confirm functionality and performance; document results and perform rework when necessary to meet specifications.
  • Operate and program laser equipment for marking or processing components as required.
  • Laser-mark parts with required part numbers and serial numbers, ensuring all markings are accurate, legible, and compliant with quality and traceability standards.
  • Precisely lap endplates to required flatness and surface finish specifications, ensuring optimal sealing performance and proper component alignment in final assembly.
  • Apply touch-up finishing to components to ensure a professional and complete final product.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace to ensure safety, efficiency, and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Position Summary

The Tool Assembler is responsible for producing high-quality pneumatic tools and sub-assemblies by accurately interpreting technical specifications and executing precise assembly processes. Qualifications
Education

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed to support production demands.
