AXCS Equipment in Wisconsin is seeking an assembler to join our production team. You will perform manual labor along all stations on the line, assemble components, and work with hand and power tools.

You must lift up to 50 pounds, follow safety regulations, read work instructions, and collaborate with coworkers to meet production goals. This role offers steady hours in a growing manufacturing environment with opportunities to advance through training.

Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required.
  • Ability to build to print at quality level.
  • Manual dexterity required for using various tools and operating machinery.
  • Mechanical and electrical skills (2-3 years).
  • Ability to read bill of materials and product work instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
  • Operate production line equipment and hand/power tools efficiently at all workstations to assemble components.
  • Meets standard labor rates while maintaining quality standards.
  • Completes tasks directed by Plant Manager with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate & flex with co-workers to meet production goals.
  • Complete daily labor sheets and required production documentation.
  • Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows safety regulations daily.
  • Follows technical and verbal assembly instructions.
  • May perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Job Description
Primary Purpose

Assembler position performs manual labor along all stations on the production line, meets labor rates and quality control with minimal supervision.
