Job summary

HDR is seeking a Tolling Project Manager in the United States (Maryland, Fulton) to lead toll systems projects and support planning, development, and design tasks. You will supervise staff, drive technical delivery, and contribute to HDR’s tolling business growth.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop scopes, budgets, and schedules and maintain client relations while advancing HDR’s advanced transportation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years tolling experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Ability to interact with design teams and strong communication skills.
• Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and manage toll systems and toll technology projects.
• Develop roadside and back-office system requirements and metrics.
• Review tolling solutions and prepare cost estimates and procurement documents.
• Support procurement processes and coordinate client meetings.
• Develop system integration plans and testing procedures.
• Support field data collection and toll ITS project design.
• Assist with toll project design and implementation, including standards and networks.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development.
